Excellent stay, nice bed, update and clean roomms

Stated "free parking" but only public parking lots in front of hotel and it's not free in the day. Room is extremely small - only 2 ft walking space around the bed. Toilet is micro size - able to reach the shower and basin while sitting on the WC. Reception is extremely friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea vending machine. My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. Was given very high floor. The place is quiet perfect for relaxing. Especially the infinity pool at level 40. Theres a linkbridge to the gardens mall link with midvalley megamall. Dining options are countless.

First time staying at this hotel along with my wife and 2 young daughters. Hotel is extremely classy, clean and with excellent service. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Location is super convenient too, with direct access to the IOI Mall which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Super impressed with the hotel and will definitely be back again!
