It was amazing as always the staff are all so lovely in the restaurant and work so hard the food is amazing to , the rituals in the sauna are the reason I keep coming back I love them so much and don't have this in England, all the rituals staff are so nice to, the rest of the spa is amazing it has so much inside it's paradise, the reception staff are very helpful and friendly to, the breakfast is always very nice and Monic is so friendly and makes sure everything is replenished all the time, cannot fault this hotel and spa at all love it be back soon.

The services were excellent. The room condition was not really up to the standered of the facilities. Beds need to be upgraded.

Wonderful Spa. Hotel is just average.
The Spa is wonderful. So much on offer and just fantastic. The gym is also superb and very well equipped. The hotel is average. Typical 3 star, no bar, and breakfast average. Rooms ok, not amazing. Also quite a way out of the city. Will cost €30-35 from airport and same to the city Center, but worth it for the spa experience.

This was my 4th time staying in this hotel. I came purely for the spa and wellness. I’ve spent the entire day in the spa and had a lovely meal in the evening. If you’re ever visiting Amsterdam , book this place and make sure you use the spa. Great place!

Got charged twice for spa and breakfast
Paid for room plus spa plus breakfast and when I arrived they demanded I pay again refusing to let me check in until they had extracted another €82.25 from me. Really dodgy practice and a real rip off.

My colleagues carried out a refund of 60,75,- the same day at 13:45pm. On the same card you did the payment. Only the tourist tax of 21,75,- (the difference) had to be paid. My paradise
Well what can I say another amazing stay at zuiver spa hotel , the staff are amazing so friendly nothing is to much trouble, the food was truly delicious and in really fussy be I could not get enough. The rituals were all amazing and met a few different of the different people that did them they was all so nice and explained everything, the spa is so relaxing to I just did not want to come home, not forgetting the lovely staff in the tennis club next door which is the same company, cooking apple pie for me thanku hilli and for all the lovely take away cuppachinos and biscuits until next time thanku everyone for making our stay truly perfect.

The hotel itself is excellent. Really nice rooms, easy access by bike, nice area and the best spa I've ever been in. My main issue was with the staff and costs not being very transparent. I arrived later than I planned (I'd cycled most of the day to get there) and when I asked the guy on reception whether I could use the spa the following morning as I wouldn't be able to spend much time there on the check-in day he kindly said "no problem, I'll add a note to your account". When I asked the person on reception the following morning if I needed to do anything different checking out she said there was no note and I'd have to pay a further €45 to use the spa. Which is a real shame as the spa is amazing but I could spend a further €45. I'm not sure which staff member was wrong but it was a bit disappointing. Also when I went to get slippers for the spa as there were none in my room no one said there was a charge for them, it was just added to the bill quietly. They should have been more upfront about this. All that said, the hotel itself is really nice so you'll definitely have a comfortable stay. And the spa is incredible, easily the best I've ever visited. I just wish I could have spent more than an hour using it.

I have stayed at this hotel and spa many times and cannot fault it the staff are always so helpful and friendly and go out of the way to help you. The hotel room is always clean and you can request anything that needs replenishing, would be nice if there was fridges in the old room. The hotel always smells amazing as soon as you walk through the doors the spa is always clean and a proper great place to relax my favourite place. The restaurant is really lovely and the staff are nice to the food that I had was lovely can't wait to go back and try some different stuff.

We didn't see any note that mentioned that on some days it is not allowed to enter the spa complex with a bathing suit only naked.

Very quiet area, by the beautiful park. A couple of restaurants around. About 1 km easy walk to the nearest metro station. Amazing spa, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Would stay again.

The saunas are amazing and awesome after travelling. Everything is very clean, comfortable and in great condition. Bike rentals with an easy ride to the train station area. The area is quiet if U want peace. Action is a quick Uber-ride away. Too many amenities to enjoy over just a few days! This is where I will always stay in Amsterdam!!!

The spa was amazing spent most of our time relaxing by the pool or in the many jacuzzi. The hotel was spotless as was our room. Will definitely be back! Even embraced the naked sessions and loved it!

Came specifically for the Spa which exceeded expectations. Was there on swimsuit & naked days. Naked days are much better; fewer people, non-judgemental, relaxation and therapeutic with the choices of all the saunas, hot tubs, cold plunge tank and pools. Just Wonderful

Nice stay with good facilities.
Very nice stay in a really nice part of the city. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, good WiFi, coffee maker, water bottle, soaps, well designed for charging points. Staff were friendly and polite, and I experienced willingness to answer questions. Breakfast brought out, which was nice, but lacked choice as it fixed, meaning no vegetarian other than cheese. Spa was really nice, naked it not naked... Sauna was ok, but not enough water on the stones in the Finnish sauna, and no other sauna had water. Steam room was ok. There were rituals also to try out products, and a restaurant to drink and eat to enjoy the spa. I didn't get the chance to try out the fitness area, and will have to leave that for the next time.

Spa Sport Hotel ZUIVER 5*****
This hotel and spa is amazing. The reception/counter staff are lovely, check in and check out was very easy and quick. The spa is one of the best we have visited, very clean and awesome facilitates. The spa restaurant/bar is great, top quality food and again the restaurant staff are fabulous. The rooms are basic with a bed, TV, shower, toilet, very clean, the bed and pillows are really comfortable, the rainfall shower was super with endless hot water. If you stay at this hotel you wont be spending much time in your room as there are endless sport, classes, spa and gym facilities! The hotel is about 3 miles from central station in Amsterdam, that is 10 stops on metro line 51 and then an easy 10min walk to the hotel. We cannot fault this hotel, and would highly recommend it if you are visiting Amsterdam. Thankyou to all all the staff for making our stay so pleasurable.
