"Great older hotel. Clean rooms. Front counter/check-in was quick and friendly. The restaurant and tiki bar staff were amazing. Food and drinks were on point. Right on the beach and close to everything. Trolley stop at front door to take you onto town. Pet friendly and although we did not have a pet... the dogs there were quiet and leashed. This was our first stay and will definitely not be our last. TIP: Make sure to get an oceanfront room on upper floor."

"Love this place! It's our go-to place in St. Aug. Quick walk across the bridge to downtown and easy drive to the beach or Amp. We usually walk the 2ish miles back from the Amp, don't even have to cross a big road. But that's not for everyone. Available parking is also nice."

"First night was just a landing place for a concert. Very clean and comfortable. Upgraded to a bigger room with two beds facing the ocean for a more relaxed evening at the hotel. Very friendly staff attended to all our needs with a smile. Weโd gladly stay again!"

"Excellent stay. Room was very clean and looked out towards the ocean. Breakfast was excellent and had a rotating menu. Parking was free and very close. Loved the staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We had a great time!"

"It was very close to the beach which was great, and convenient, staff were super helpful if we ever had any issues. Unfortunately, our bed was stained so we slept with a blanket overtop of it, the hotel towels were also stained before we even used them(staff switched them out right away), and our shower wouldnโt drain properly but it wasnโt too much of an issue."
