"Property was great and loved the all inclusive package. the reason why I did not rate this hotel with more stars is that there is no internet in the rooms. I was here for business and I had to move to the lobby to take calls, or connect to a pc!! It is 2026 and internet is not negotiable."

"Disappointed. Food was mediocre. Never hot, usually cold. Poor selection of food in the buffet area. Waiting in lines for an omelet was extremely long., Service was slow or food never came. Lighting in bathroom was very poor, difficult to see anything. Offered great deals on excursion but then told had to go through a 90 minute presentation on a Member Plan to get the deals. Lasted 2.5 hours.... painful high pressures sales. Has a tiny beach and not other beachfront to walk along."

"We have been here before. Royal level. It’s worth the minimal extra. In my opinion. They took great care of us and a special Meal on our last night. As for buffet, if you can’t find something to eat in my opinion you are very picky. The only thing I found different in this trip in March compared to Last year in November was the chairs by pool Being “saved” before 7 7-30 am Only a couple people Actually were there sitting and enjoying the morning. I go to Get seats and hang Out. My wife comes And I go for A walk. We stay all day. Nothing new really just people that are….."

"We had a great view of one of the pools and the ocean from building 5. The hot water and water pressure were not good. It was better the last day."

"False advertisement. Half of the restaurants were not open; the elevator was out of service the entire trip; construction noise all day; the neighboring resort was closed but advertised as having options available to Dreams guests; I paid specifically for 2 double beds and was placed in a room with a King - was told I could not get what I paid for until the next day because the resort was sold out. How is that possible when I had a reservation that clearly states, 2 double beds. The rooms held moisture so always felt damp. Nightly entertainment was a flop. Arrived on a Sunday and there should have been nightly entertainment but it was advertised for the weekend guests not those staying early in the week. This was definitely not at the level of other Dreams resorts."

"Top notch views. Fantastic food at the seafood and Italian restraunts. Best snorkeling and diving amenities on the island. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mar. The staff was helpful and kind. Miguel assisted us with booking some wonderful excersions. When our flight was delayed for 3 days due to a blizzard at home, he was able to extend our stay, which was a huge relief. Javier and Alejandro were fabulous servers and we always felt welcome by all staff at the restaurant. The rooms were clean as well as the grounds very well kept.We also enjoyed the access to Nochi Cocum beach. I would definitely book there again. "
