"Great hotel on the lake in Queenstown. A little out of the main city centre but they run shuttle buses and Uber always easy. Great restaurant, awesome wine list"

"The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The fridge broke on day two and our food was spoiled but fridge was replaced. The TV remote controls did not work. There was coffee but no milk. Not enough hangers for clothes enough for a week’s stay. The room did not have lake views as we requested on booking."

"Parking was very tightly spaced but was under cover and convenient. The views from the room were superb and the staff was very professional and helpful. The hot tub was a bonus. "

"Had a great family holiday here. Pool is great and the 2 bed units are spacious. Had dinner at the onsite restaurant which was really good. Breakfast is a let down so would suggest skipping this and going to a cafe. Only other bad thing is the parking charge ($20 a day) when already paying a premium price and the hotel isn’t in town and plenty of space for parking. "

"Hotel room little bit stuffy but it is pet friendly so maybe that's why, bed was really comfy, corridor carpets not very clean. Overall, pretty good. Staff great at reception"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside overall. The room was cared for daily with clean towels(if needed) and bed made. The hotel itself is situated at the edge of the lake by a wonderful botanical garden. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We didn't need to interact with desk help much after check-in. definitely a great recommendation for staying in Queenstown."
