"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! "

"The room was very nice ,however from time to time it has some smell. I cleaned the room myself every 2nd day. I had to open the window inorder not to have that smell. It seem the smell is from the bathroom. Its away from all major places ."

"チェックインが大変だった。事前にエージェントとコンタクトする必要があり、その際にwhatappsの情報をもらっておくらしい。現地には受付がなく、知らずにいって途方にくれた。電話してもwhatappsは？と聞かれ、英語がそれなりに出来ないと苦労します。部屋は予約と違ってツインがダブルだった。場所はアクセスしやすく、1人だと設備の広さは十分でセキュリティもあるが、三泊して、ハウスキーピングはなし。トイレットペーパーの予備やドライヤーもないので、家族で車移動の方向きなのかな。"

"From check in onwards staff very friendly and helpful directions re restaurants and places of interest . Had 2 beautiful rooms overlooking the pool. The pool had also a great separate childrens area not attached to the main pool. Also good poolside restaurant plenty of choices re food.would stay here again if in Kuala Lumpur."
