We had booked this hotel for one night due to a poor experience at another accommodation, and I was so thoroughly relieved to have been able to spend my last night in Malaysia at Hyatt. I was well rested, stress-free, and was able to wind down right before a long flight home. Thank you, and I highly recommend Hyatt for future stays!"

"Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy and roomy, pillows were nice and fresh, not musty smelling. Toilet was clean. All in all room was fabulous to be honest. Loved it and a real steal for the price. Breakfast buffet was average, not a wide range of offerings but it started the day right."

The amenities were not top up and rooms not cleaned in time and had to call housekeepers to remind them. Also notice bedsheets were not changed for the duration of over stay of three days."
