"Airport shuttle was amazing. The premium room's jacuzzi couldnt get hot water. Just warm and then cool. It was very frustrating. The heaters dont really expend heay, simply warm up themselves. Location is right by busy San Pedro market and it is loud with traffic and people, but worse off, all through the night - very loud disturbances. 2nd night i transfered to another room more in the corner.. i was awaken at 4 am by tons of clanging and scraping on some part of the property foundation. Extrwmely frustrating because Cusco requires ypu rest to have a better breathing experience. Now i join my group vscation tour exhausted. Some staff were very helpful, other night staff were a bit rude and condescending. I was singing this hotels praises....until the night. Disappointed. And breakfast is not kept hot. It is ice cold if you dont arrive immediately im assuming. Interior is beautiful. Roof view is awkward and just ok. But interior beauty is not enough if not functional."

"We had a quick stay at the Union Hotel, but I would definitely stay again. The location is excellent, and the courtyard is lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable. Shout out to the kindly staff members who was very friendly when we both checked in and out. Overall, great value and a wonderful hotel! "

"We arrived late from Machu Picchu and the guy was there to welcome us, he was very thorough in showing us the room and all it offered, we booked the deluxe room, but be aware this is right beside reception and the breakfast area, so can be a little noisy, the staff were nice and quiet, it’s just whether your fellow travellers are as considerate. Overall we would recommend this place to stay, it was nice and clean, and had everything we needed after a long day."

"Very pretty old world feeling hotel. Very quiet, large clean rooms, included breakfast was good and changed a bit everyday. Walking distance to most everything you would need. The staff was very friendly. One thing to consider is time of year of your stay as the rooms do not have air conditioning. Overall would highly recommend."

"We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and we had an excellent time Our room was large, spacious and clean. My favorite part was definitely the bed. It was so comfortable that we looked forward to coming back and resting in it each night. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the main attractions such as the market and the main square. Breakfast was good as well. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. "
