"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily.

"The staff were lovely and accommodating there was nothing that they wouldn't do for you if they could. The thing iwould rate down us the distance from all the amenities (dining, lobby and pool) from building three."
"Lovely family hotel. Found it quiet even though it’s just off the bypass. Hotel has its own taxi service which we found easier to use than go jek etc. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. About 10 minute walk to beach. Plenty of warungs and restaurants close by especially if you leave through the back entrance which is open till 9pm. Rooms clean and spacious with great air con in each bedroom and living room. Staff were great at keeping the grounds looking good and I believe spraying them each day to keep mosquitoes away which must have worked as we were not bitten while staying here."

The waterfront restaurant, the fusion restaurant and the beach club all had exceptional service. We were a bit disappointed that the hotel representatives told us about "Sunset Park" but failed to mention that it's a rooftop bar. We only wandered up there on our last day and it would have been nice to know about it beforehand so we could have full enjoyed it!"
