"Clean room with welcoming and helpful staff. Bonus was the two pools on the rooftop. Was a bit disappointed by pool opening times (only the ground floor pool was open early in the morning). The hotel was a short walk to the main part of town but would say at night the road leading to the hotel was very dark and so be a bit cautious if travelling alone. Breakfast was good, plenty of options available. Staff were really helpful with organising laundry pick-up from an external company too."

"Great hotel for families and some of the staff were excellent. Other staff were lazy and disappointing. Management has ignored my attempts to provide direct feedback about some serious areas of concern. Seems to be getting renovated. We tolerated poor water pressure, leaking AC unit over the bed, and nails being trimmed by staff in the dining area. If you donโt have high expectations from the service itโs a good place for kids and family. Itโs a shame the hotel has so much potential, just needs to employ a strong manager."

Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort & Spa Krabi

"It's a place you say you will definitely come back to. The hotel is right on the beach. One of my non negotiable requirements for a resort holiday. As is a well appointed ocean view room, and complimentary buffet breakfast. Centara Ao Nang Beach did not fail. From the welcome drink, to the complimentary fruit basket and bottled water, it was heaven from the moment we walked into reception. The resort has two pools, one has two water slides and offers motorised pool toys for hire. This larger pool has poolside rooms with their own balconies, so you can step out straight into the pool. Other ground floor rooms have their own private pool. The other pool is set between the hotel and the beach, with plenty of sunbeds and the requisite pool bar. The staff are more than happy to take your order and deliver your drinks without you needing to even get out of the pool. I spent many, many hours in that pool over the eight days we spent there. We met many people who had only booked a few days, but extended their stay because Centara is so good. We've visited in low season, so it was quiet. The perfect time for a very relaxing holiday. It's a very short stroll along the beach path to shops, restaurants and bars, with so much choice at different price points. I will definitely come back... hopefully soon."

"Ultimate luxury in the heart of Ao Nang. Made to order breakfast was so delicious and fresh every morning. Both pools on the property were immaculate as was the one located in our room. Thatโs right a private pool in your room. Rooms were very clean with small free snacks and macaroons every night. Perfect stay. My girlfriend and I had the time of our lives here. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and resorts around the world and this is THE best hotel you can ever stay at. Iโve stayed at some good ones before too like Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons but this tops any of those places. So clean and modern. When staying in Ao Nang or Krabi you will not regret staying here at all."
