"Please don’t book this hotel, we had 3 rooms booked and was bitten by bee bugs not mosquito we even showed the staff but the night manager was incompetent in dealing with this. Although general staff were ok, we stayed in two other locations with no issues. "

"Location and service is great, you dont feel the corporate brainwash but genuine easy and professional service with a team who has been curating clients for some time. The property is 35 years old so indeed can show a bit of Vintage feel, but ot is well maintained. Bed and bathtub are top quality and I recommend to enjoy a sunset at the terrace, followed by a nice Thai Dinner at the Phranan Restaurant. The grotto restaurant is okay food and would need a twist of modernityor better ingredients and the best views are for late lunch instead of dinner.the excursion specialist is really helpful and dont miss to do a bit of rock climbing or enjoy a private sunset. The spa is gorgeous, you feel really relaxed there with great treatment like the signature massage. I hope to come back to further e?Florence these beautiful and active resort!"

"We booked the Villa Pool and it was very comfortable for our week stay. Bed super comfy - 9/10. Breakfast was all-out excellent! Staff were amazing -particular shout out to Yob who was informative and patient in driving us up to the Villa almost every day. We loved our stay!"

The rooftop pool is a highlight, with beautiful views and a great place to relax after a day out. Breakfast was good and varied, and the overall facilities are excellent for the price level. Location is perfect only a short walk to Aonang Beach, restaurants, shops, and the main street, yet still calm and not noisy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help.
