"Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. "The customer service was okay. Friendly and helpful. The building facilities and amenities were basic but good. They have free parking for guests. In general the room wss clean but don't open the covers to see the beds and pillows. Our pillow had huge brown stains. There might have been mites too because we woke up itchy.
