"This property should not be listed in Expedia and I am shocked they allow this to happen. There is no check in desk. Several times I attempted to contact the hotel prior to arrival to see exactly what the check in procedure was. I never received and answer. I had to book another hotel and ended up losing $300 as I could not count on these people meeting me after a 30 hour journey to Malaysia. It appear this room is a BNB and owned by the mainland Chinese. Everyone should avoid booking this...

" The registered address was incorrect; it's actually inside Sunway Pyramid. After retrieving the key from the mailbox, I could take the elevator up from basement floor. After notifying them via WhatsApp that I had entered the room, I was instructed to place the deposit into another mailbox. As a traveler, I didn't know if Sunway Pyramid was safe, but I followed the instructions, took a photo of where I placed it, and shared it with him.
