The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, and the air conditioner provided me with a comfortable sleep at night. Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

My Bf was first time visit KL, I booked the superior king room for a night.Hotel had accommodate my request for a higher floor with good city view and reserve a car park slot as well. Hotel located besides highway, attached with Cheras Central Mall, it's Convenience to go a walk or cinema. Many local good food around, such as Taman Connaught Dim Sum, not by walking distance but easy access by Grab or Uber. Room is spacious and clean, bed is conformble, hotel staffs are courtesy.
