"Rooms were large with smart tvs and clean bathrooms. Lots of perks staying here through Expedia (free parking, free ski lockers, free shuttle pass to town and ski mountains) the restaurant downstairs was delicious as well. In addition, the gym had good exercise equipment and the hottub was amazing with the view! We loved our stay at the otter hotel. "
"The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful! The room was clean and faced the courtyard (super magical in the winter time) the complimentary coffee and tea was such a nice touch (and the even had oat milk..!) Looking forward to visiting soon!! "
"Very very kind and nice hotel staff, especially Suzette in the reception section. Thanks so much! When I called to ask the night before our arrival, she shared lots of info that were so helpful! Thanks Suzette!"
