"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "Property is clean but show sign of age. Staffs are generally friendly with the exception of front desk receptionists who has poker face most of the time; a little smile goes a long way. There is quite a distant from the front desk to the elevator, which involve going up an escalator; I am not sure how physically challenged people can make it up there."

"Very spacious and centrally-located unit with a peak of the Petronas Towers from the bedroom. It is very clean. It has a bedroom, separate living area, a kitchen and washer/dryer combo. The kitchen didn't have a microwave though. Also, the bathroom didn’t have hand soap. Check-in was a breeze. Make sure to have 200RM for the deposit payable only in cash. Access the roofdeck or the pool at night for a picturesque view of Petronas Towers."
