"Having stayed there 5 years ago marked drop in standards. Had to change room due to leaking aircon. No toaster supplied all rooms why? Lifts very slow but our second room on 33rd floor great views and much better standard. Great location and desk staff excellent. Would stay there again."

"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it."

"The unit is so big and spacious with a queen and day bed, a study, a living room, and kitchen and dining. The internet is good, 5G. The agent was very responsive and clear about instructions. I didn't know I have to deposit 300 MYR cash so I offered that I give him a mix of different currencies. He ended up just asking me 40USD, for formality. Am glad he's that considerate. " I would happily return. The residence and my flat looked new. Everything needed was there. No smell of cigarette, the fans, AC and WiFi were working fine. Don't forget a plug adapter (G type in Malaysia). A mall and supermarket are at 5 min by walk, restaurants too. Quiet residential area. There were few people in the swimming pool during the week. A few small things to improve: the handle of one window was broken, the shower head was broken and I had to remove it (which is OK for me), there...

"Felt like champagne service for lemonade price. The location for a none driver was beyond compare,on floor 2 there was direct access to an entire wonderful shopping centre with everything you could ever desire and turn left at shopping centre and you at kuala lumpur's sentral station with quick access to all major sights and very excellent link to the airport and theres even the coach station underneath with its own connection to the hotel. With a wonderful swimming pool on the 30th floor and an unmissable breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enouph."
