The Hotel Marina Badalona was a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, restaurants and location to the beach. It was far from attractions of Barcelona, but quiet.

Pros: nice and clean hotel and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good and clean gym (no free weights though), good room service. Cons: expensive in-house restaurant, location (don't know the area well but didn't seem like a high end part of town). If you’re of a certain ethnic group, be advised this property is not welcoming at all. Also be careful when booking as the spa access is NOT included. The property is incredibly isolated in a sketchy neighborhood, with no attractions nor eateries close by. 0/10 would not recommend. The staff isn’t friendly in the slightest to blk Americans based on my experience.
