The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shopping areas. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very helpful and responsive. The room was spacious, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for something in the area, and most places listed were like those in the overly commercialised and hyped Genting Highlands resort. But The Chateau was something in another league - for those who want the scenery and the serentiy that you would hope to find in the mountains, well away from the crowds and casinos. I have only positive things to say about The Chateau.
