"Love this place, large rooms, quite, first floor has littke garden patios, great location and even better staff."

"No body soap on arrival (refilled 2nd day), broken toilet paper holder (never repaired), noisy AC, too much traffic noise from Camino Real to sleep with windows open. "Full breakfast" consisted of a handful of cheap quality items (Yoplait yogurt, tasteless except for a bolus of salt guacamole mix served as an "avocado toast", or a waffle from a powdered mix, and some overripe bananas) served by a server. It wasn't edible the first morning so we ate elsewhere the second. Our last night before an early morning departure the following day there was a very loud wedding party in the room next door that the receptionist on duty didn't do anything about until 11PM when the manager came by. Overall we were not impressed and won't be back."

"Took 30+ minutes to check-in, there was only one woman on staff on a Friday night. I called down to the front desk after finding 3 cockroaches in my $700+/night room. I wasn’t offered a refund or discount but was moved to an entirely different building to a lesser quality room. The hotel is slightly dilapidated."
