"Staff are more than available .. 24/7 so kind and caring and get things done .. the property is old school .. older building is solid wide cement walkways .. vintage turquoise cute fountain in the middle all levels can hear .. the newer building fabulous balcony’s the ocean is 2 blocks away rooms face it .. all rooms are huge .. updated counters just perfect .. parking is right there in cute alcoves all charm … I now come here regularly! "

"Televisions didn't work upon arrival. Bathroom sink stopper was not functioning. Keys initially provided did not access fitness room. Music was constantly blaring in the hallways. In room coffee machine was not restocked as requested."
