"The hotel is just set back from the river Thames with views of Westminster. Was surprised with how small the hotel is.the hotel it self is nice and modern and gives you a feeling of opulence as you enter the reception area. We had a very warm welcome from the reception staff who explained everything that we need to know. We stayed in a standard room with balcony on the 3rd floor. The room it self is small but very well laid out. Again the balcony is small and has no furniture at all. Was very disappointed to find the room has no tv but it has got a ironing board!!. "
"Hotel was very central for our trip, easy access to Waterloo station. Lobby could have used more sitting areas (chairs). Check in did not provide enough information. They were short with check in. We had a credit for not using room service but were not told it could only be used in the restaurant and not for breakfast which we planned on using it for. That was disappointing. Everything else was good. "
"Suite room was clean and comfortable - kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, cups, pots and pans. Staff very helpful. Area around the hotel is safe and very convenient - right downstairs is Pret A Manger, and a Sainsbury next to it. A few steps from the Lambeth North tube."

"Receptionist were super nice. Helpful and friendly. Location was great. 2 blocks away from train station. You can take the train to Paddington station and transfer to Elizabeth line straight to the airport. No need for uber. We were able to walk to most places if not all places. We totally recommend this hotel. We definitely stay here again. "
