Difficult system with coupons for the breakfast. Not enough healthy food for breakfast. The shower only works with strong pressure. It wasn't always easy to open the blinds in the room."

"The food, overall, was very good and the prices were reasonable. The service at the restaurant, however, leaves a great deal to be desired. On several occasions I had to get up and ask for a menu and/or to order something, because no one came to my table for 10-15 minutes. This is when there was barely anyone else in the restaurant, so it is not because they were swamped. One other thing that would improve this hotel is if they had a water tank in the lobby, with filtered water, since we know that tap water in Mexico is not safe. I never buy bottled water unless it is 100% necessary. Having a safe water source in the lobby would be very helpful and would reduce the use of plastic water bottles."

"I was going to the Banorte Stadium. It was close to the stadium. I found the room very clean, clean hotel. I would not recommend for families with small children. Even though i would not consider the hotel for adults only, the surroundings are. There are women of the night and day in front of the hotel. But if you’re an adult the hotel is just fine. Right in front of a train stop. The hotel has a small restaurant. Drinks and food are good. "
