Highly recommended
It was a really nice stay. We got a free upgrade to “la suite presidencial”, as we used to call it, because they had run out of standard room. Staff was super friendly and helpful, neighbourhood is super safe and breakfast is correct (a bit disorganised / understaffed some days though). All in all, we highly recommend this hotel!

This is a really great hotel, I only wish I'd stayed longer. The area is good with all you need close by the room was clean and spacious and quiet. The only negative was the terrible Jazz style music starting at 6 a.m in the restaurant was so loud it woke me up, luckily I needed to be up but wouldn't have appreciated this the other morning

A través de expedía dice que ofrecen transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto NO ES CIERTO Dice que está a 16 minutos del aeropuerto NO ES CIERTO El desayuno fue excelente y el hotel si es bonito.

Mala atención y falta de aseo
Poca atención por parte del personal, en la mañana antes de salir a mis gestiones le dije a la persona que estaba haciendo aseo que podía ingresar a asear mi habitación, pero cuando llegué a hacer siesta al medio día no lo habían hecho, tuve mucha atención en poner el letrero que dice " por favor siga" " deseo que hagan aseo a mi habitación"; pero cuando regrese a las 6:00 p.m. tuve que notificar a la recepción este suceso, todo el día la habitación sin hacerle aseo, ni siquiera recogieron la loza de la cena de la noche anterior que tomé en la habitación

Not well managed nice hotel in good location
I have reserved a suite with a separate living room. Later on I realized this fact and went to the check in counter to complain. They said that the suite is already occupied. At breakfast the scrambled eggs were all but gone. We had to wait another 10 minutes to get a fresh batch. The water pitcher was empty. When leaving the hotel, we were recommended to take a taxi that they recommend. After 25 minute waiting we went to the street to get one to be able to make it to the airport on time.

Excelente servicio!
Excelente opción para viajeros de negocios. Quiero destacar la atención de su personal, que al ver que estaba con mi rodilla inmovilizada, que no llegaba mi taxi en hora pico y que debía tomar mi avión, decidieron llevarme ellos al aeropuerto en su propio vehículo y hasta me ayudaron con mis maletas personalmente. Estos detalles hacen la diferencia. Felicitaciones y gracias!
