This hotel was amazing. Made our stay in Aguas Calientas perfect. The room and staff were great. Wish I has more than 2 days here.
Simply perfect. Excellent services, all of it was stunningly beautiful.
For some reason they did not have the original 2 family rooms I reserved so instead gave us 4 single rooms which was better because instead of 2 bathrooms, we now have 4. Good job on making it better when you make a mistake. Other companies can learn from you
This cute little hotel was in an excellent location. The place is does not have many frills/amenities, but is the perfect place to relax in comfort after a day at Machu Picchu. Plus, the stay were EXCEPTIONALLY kind to us. We got sick and needed to stay an extra night, and they were able to accommodate ...
We had a great stay. The room was comfortable & quiet. The food was good. We enjoyed everything except one small thing. The bathroom drains smelled. Keeping the bathroom door closed took care of this.
