"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Location, Smooth Check-in, and Excellent Service We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Del Sol Machu Picchu. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station and close to the local market, making arrival and exploring Aguas Calientes extremely convenient.  The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, helping us settle in quickly after our train journey. The room was comfortable, clean, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day visiting Machu Picchu. During our stay, the jacuzzi in our room was unfortunately not functioning. However, the hotel handled the situation very professionally and showed great commitment to guest satisfaction. They kindly offered complimentary drinks at dinner and provided a 20% discount on our meal to accommodate the inconvenience, which we truly appreciated. The on-site restaurant and terrace were also very nice, offering a pleasant atmosphere to unwind in the evening. Overall, a very positive experience with excellent customer service, comfortable accommodations, and a very convenient location. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Machu Picchu."
