"The property itself wasn’t bad. There was an awful smell on the property could be smelled in the room sometimes.. our last night there was some sort of silver fish bugs in the bed. And the water made out skin itch the entire trip. "

"Check your n was good. Staff member upgraded room for a small tip. Had numerous issues with room cards and had to attend at the front desk many times, even at 130 am which was annoying. Shower door stopped working on 2nd day so we couldn’t open the shower door. Bathtub had no stopper. Huge lack of pool chairs and the setup of chairs was so dumb. The music at the pool was horrible. Mentioned to staff and they indicated the music was handled by the front desk. Hotel needs a lot of improvement. Staff at checkout didn’t even ask us how our stay was. "
