"No air conditioning in the rooms or at all at the hotel. The fan that they put in the rooms wasn’t powerful enough to circulate the air around the room, window only opened a fraction of it which meant even at night the room was humid and hot. They had extra water but there was no offer of discount or compromise. The fact that there was no pre-warning that there was no air-conditioning and it’s not like we had a choice to go to another hotel in such short notice as such information was only provided when we were checking in. Very disappointing but breakfast in the morning was good."
