"Staff were very helpful, polite and professional. Our apartment room was clean but the bathroom needed updating, as it looked tired. The room was dark and needed some brighter lighting. Bed was comfortable. Spa was excellent. Bar food was V. Good"

"This is a great hotel for a visit to Keswick,perfectly situated with everything in easy walking distance. Its set in lovely grounds and the staff were all very helpful and friendly It has a very nice bar well staffed We would definitely return here"

Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa

"A stunning hotel in an incredible location right on the lake, with breathtaking views throughout. The rooms, facilities and overall standard of the resort were excellent, but the real standout was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more special. Would definitely recommend Low Wood Bay and would happily return."

"This is our 2 nd stay at The Belsfield.The location is fantastic! We stayed in the tower room which had fantastic views over the lake.The room was comfortable and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Fantastic buffet breakfast. There was a charge for parking which was a little disappointing."

"Clean, spacious & very comfortable room. Breakfast was ok. Had to pay for an extra person (total 2 people in a king room). Had to pay for parking in their own lot, which seems a bit excessive. Our room had great views of the lake."
