"Great location near the Regency Ballroom, where my event was taking place. In-and-out parking is appreciated, as is parking until 2pm day of check-out. The room was spotless and everything was in decent shape, except for the bathroom fan that rattled loudly. Loved having a coffee maker, but there was only sugar, no half & half (Mini Moos would be great; powdered whitener is icky). "

"The best thing about this place is the location. For the price, it can’t be beat. There are no amenities, just a room. Room was clean enough, very small, and no frills. Staff was meh, parking is limited and fills up quickly, so plan accordingly if you had a car. I’d say here again just because it’s the only reasonably priced accommodations in the area. "

When checking one of the beds a bug run from under the pillow. High odor of marihuana in hallway plus no A/C nor fans in rooms. Let me assume high scores are form owners, employees or friends. Should not be recommended by Expedia nor any other site. "
