"Rooms were decent sized and very well appointed. Not much in terms of views but that was fine. Staff was excellent and the cafe / lounge is very good. Any concerns about the neighborhood are long gone. Was great to walk around. Good to see SF bouncing back!"

"This hotel has new charm but still her old character, check in was easy and the location is perfect, places to dine and shop are easily walkable! Had a minor hiccup with my room upon check in , called front desk and was immediately moved to another room! The only thing that was a little annoying was the smoke detector was right outside of the bathroom and the steam from the shower would set it off. The bathroom had no fan to help with the steam and a window couldn’t be opened. Everything else was perfect, would stay here again "
