"The area is still up and coming but very walkable to the conference and shops and dining. The restaurant was really good and other ones near by. Tea and coffee all day and in the room. Hot showers! Digital TV. Good heater. No ac but ceiling fan was good and great price! No parking on site but near by in and out lot!"
