"Very helpful staff Excellent wifi Huge (too big?) room for 1 person I didn’t try the breakfast or pool so no comments about them. I had a room at the back on a high floor & traffic noise was really loud during the day but thankfully it went to almost 0 after dark so I slept ok. Not a lot of places of interest close by but there were good eating places across the road then go to the left then first right towards the river The keycards were frustrating as numerous times I had to get them...

"The lobby was very welcoming. However,since the hotel is off the main street, one Grab driver could not find the hotel's front. entrance. Maybe, add big directional signs on the main street?"

"Location is good. There is a shuttle going to attractions around the hotel. Short walk to a street that is full of Asam pedas. Staff was helpful and cheerful."
