The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Easy to locate, nice view from our room. There is a food mall on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants. Excellent place to stay for a few nights in Genting Highlands!

We were looking for something in the area, and most places listed were like those in the overly commercialised and hyped Genting Highlands resort. But The Chateau was something in another league - for those who want the scenery and the serentiy that you would hope to find in the mountains, well away from the crowds and casinos. I have only positive things to say about The Chateau. The hotel was finely created and maintained. Every finishing touch was tasteful, and everything worked and...

The service staff was not fluent in English. When I tried to find out about their current promotion shown at the counter, they were not able to assist. The location is good though.

Lovely accomodation. Though the only aspect I didn't enjoy was the fact that the check-in building was quite far from the actual accomodation and was rather inconvenient to walk from one building to another.

Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless

Nice hotel to stay

Convenient location with 2 malls nearby. Hotel is in a compound that has a convenience store, pharmacy, supermarket as well as some cafe and bar. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were sufficient considering the size of the hotel. Rooftop ool view at sunset was nice. Had a very enjoyable stay and will stay here again.

My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

Room is spotless. Very clean and can walk around barefooted. The decor is good and spacious. Well equipped with microwave oven, fridge, kettle, induction stove, cutleries and all.

This is a great place. But if you plan on doing touristy stuff in the city area then it might not be for you, unless you're driving or are willing to fork out for taxi/uber/grab (the city is only a 15-20 minutes drive). The neighbourhood is laid-back with cafes, eateries, spas, shish joints littered all around. There's also the massive suburban mall, Publika, a few minutes away. Great Hotel. Will keep visiting it.

Stay in this 3 room apartment with 4 adult and 3kids age 6,5 and 3 years old from 17 to 21 Dec 2014 and my kids absolutely love it there...will definitely revisit again.Hotel stuff are very friendly and helpful,room is very spacious but location abit out of the way for shopping location,have to always rail a taxi...nevertheless,there is cold storage from walking distance. .so travellers who preferred to dine in and cook themselves can buy stuff from there.Overall feedback for improvement...

It's good for stopover and rest for the night before continuing your journey. Though it's not an ideal place for a holiday treat. Not much to view or do there.

Will be coming back next year been here since 2023 till 2025. Awesome place & the owner very easy to communicate with her too thanks.
