"Walkway to rooms look dated. Waiting time for the lift also very long, especially during check out time. Other than that, room is clean, spacious and comfy. Rooftop pool very breezy with nice view. Breakfast selection is good too! "

"It wasn't a pleasant experience. The discription of the room through the App., through the picture, through Hotels.Com booking statement of the reservation: "a single room with a twinbed". The hotel gave me a room with a single bed and no window.. and it didn't end there, the bathroom sink leaks the used water from its basen, a big cacorotch flue from AC towards me as I opened it, and the walls are too thin you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms. So, they -Smile Hotel- charged me extra to move me to a room matching the description of what I've reserved and the statement in the booking of Hotels.com "

"It's a nice hotel. Stayed here before. Though it's a distance to tiwn butvit is cinnected by a covered walkway to 1 Utama Mall. It's a big shopping mall wirh several eateries. Very convenient."

"I enjoyed my 2 night stay here very much. The design of the room is great & unique. The furniture is all modern & feels luxurious. Even though it’s just one room with a large bed, I felt that it was very spacious, not at all cramped as I’ve felt in other hotels. The view was very nice on the 11th floor. The only 2 comments I can make are as follows: 1- The location is very lively at night. It’s next to both an open-area restaurant that seems to be very popular, that plays music at night till midnight, & also close to some auto mechanic garages that work on cars & bikes. The hotel has recognized this so they’ve provided light sleepers with complimentary ear-plugs. I had no issue getting to sleep without them, but keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. 2- The glass-slide-door bathroom is a unique feature of the room. Staying alone I had no issues at all, & had all the privacy I needed. But I think it may not be the most private if you’re with someone else; the slide doors have some gaps here & there that don’t quite seal out sounds & such, but you’ll have 100% visual privacy. Just something to keep in mind if you’re not staying alone. In all, I very much enjoyed my experience here, & felt it was the best place out of the 4 I stayed in in Kuala Lumpur. I would highly recommend it, & I would surely enjoy staying here again."
