"Dinding bilik kotor, cadar dan selimut ada kesan kotoran, banyak lipas dilantai dan juga dibilik mandi (menjijikkan). Kunci pintu utama hampir rosak dan susah untuk dibuka. Mereka tidak berusaha menyediakan tuala mandi sampai saya check out. "Not central but easy to get into Central KL. A budget hotel, no frills but room although very small was clean. If all you want is somewhere to sleep it served its purpose. "TV channel tak menarik. Terhad sangat. Untuk regular customer juga takde keistimewaan even Kluang Cafe ada di sebelah hotel. Sepatutnya paling kurang set roti bakar beserta kopi pun dah cukup untuk menu sarapan pagi untuk regular customer. Owner yang sama. Takkan nak berkira?
