Exxellent n newish hotel..comfy bed n shower was invigorating.

We always book Saujana when we're in the area for work. This stay is as normal, consistently delightful. Upon check-in, we ordered for a morning cab to the airport and upon check-out, i was pleased that the receptionist could greet me by name and direct me to the cab before I said anything.

My family of 5(adults) stayed for 2nights as we had to attend a wedding at Shah Alam. We chose this hotel as it was close to the wedding hall. We had checked in well and the staff(especially Mr Sivan) was very kind, helpful and patient with us in all our queries. My mum is of special needs but we were always helped at or smiled at. was nice seeing this. The place is definitely good value for money. Easy and quick check in. Clean and comfortable room. No issues at all with facilities. Easy access to the adjacent mall with reasonable food options. I would be happy to stay here again.

My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

The service staff was not fluent in English. When I tried to find out about their current promotion shown at the counter, they were not able to assist. The location is good though.

Second time to the hotel. Great place for family. Kids friendly pool. Staff are friendly. Room and facilities are very clean. Breakfast are awesome.

Friendly and but not many shops around hotel area.. need to take taxi out

Overall very impressed with the hotel, clean and new. But rooms facing the freeway were too noisy, I had to request for a room that's facing the other side. Room's door not sound proof, could hear next door neighbor chatting till late. The nearest 24hr convenient shop is about 10mins walk away, so better buy your things beforehand. Shower took quite long to warm up. Wifi is bad though.

This is a great place. But if you plan on doing touristy stuff in the city area then it might not be for you, unless you're driving or are willing to fork out for taxi/uber/grab (the city is only a 15-20 minutes drive). The neighbourhood is laid-back with cafes, eateries, spas, shish joints littered all around. There's also the massive suburban mall, Publika, a few minutes away. Great Hotel. Will keep visiting it.
