Independent, Buno-Bonnevaux hotels

"The hotel is more long term stay based: not cleaned daily, front office open very few hours, rather ultilitarian. The area is about a mile to the train station, but this hotel is at the fringe of the town. A Burger King and Italian resturant are right there, and UBER did well here. I'd skip the breafast and go to BK. Very helpful guy at the desk. Not a great area for CEA or Synchrotron visits."

"The landscaping has been let go and its location is somewhat isolated - one restaurant within walking distance and that's it. However, my room was pretty big for a European hotel. Everything was clean and functional, but certainly not new or top of the line. Breakfast was reasonably priced and very good. The staff were extremely helpful."

"Efficient check in. Secure underground parking. Nice quiet area. Convenient to commute to city centre. All facilities you would need in a simple room. What’s not to like. "

"Lovely well located property, amazing rooms. However the hotel was under construction and we were not told about it. The first morning we had to have breakfast inside our room, the second morning the restaurant was working but barely. The front desk was almost always empty and the people behind it were not very friendly in approach or manner. The rooms were new and nice and comfortable. From the window we could se the chimneys of the Chateau de Fontainbleau"
