The location was perfect for us as it was near to many attractions, amenities. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials equipments and plates/utensils to prepare your meals. The staff are always friendly and caring to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Willstay here again.

Once found, this moden apartment in historic building is in a great location in the old historic part of the city. It is not easy to find as it is directly above the funicular railway station - look at the station (Ascensor da Bica), walk up the steps directly to the left and the entrance is at the top, on the right.
Take the funicular railway to the top and turn right to enter Barro Alta.
Historic tram runs right in front too.
I would definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to...

Hotel is on The Pink Street, Lisbon. Many Cab drivers aren't aware of the location. Very crowded Street with many pubs and restaurants. Thank goodness our room faces away from The Pink Street. Quiet. Con: There's No Lift/Elevator in this property. Tough for those with luggages. Pro: 5mins walk to Metro Station.

Lots of dining options around here, from the Time out market to our fave Taberna, to a fab steakhouse just around the corner.
What we do not care for: the water pressure in the shower was less than satisfactory, we had problem at check in as a wrong code was sent causing a minor panic, the housekeeper did not show up on the day we agreed on, the tv did not work.
But, beautiful apartment, lovely lively neighborhood... And really, good value. Just go in knowing that the management company...
