"Very central, close to all attractions, be prepared to pay around £18 per day to park your car (car park is only 2-3minute walk). Hotel is nice, staff are friendly. Some of the furnishings in the room are starting to show some wear and tear. Everything was clean and perfectly comfortable."

"All the staff in this hotel are lovely. Our bedding and towels were clean . The bathroom didn't feel so clean but I felt this was more likely because they need an update ! The fan in the bathroom (920)didn't seem to be working . We didn't have food in the hotel"

"Third time I have stayed here. Lots to like Easy Access from Metro Station.Direct from Liverpool Lime Street Close to good beach side walks West Kirby a short bus ride away with nice coffee shops and beach. Hotel has 6 rooms the ones I have stayed in have been large, clean and have very comfortable beds. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food at the upper end of Pub Grub. Hoylake is quirky with some good bars and restaurants Only slight quibble - If you arrive 20 minutes before the time of 2pm which is check in time, and your room is ready, why do you have to wait to 2pm to get in. Will certainly return."

"Lovely restaurant and bar food. Bedrooms were well equipped with all commodities and refreshments. Would 100% stay again and a very reasonable price which included a lovely cooked full English breakfast/cereals and alternatives. Lovely location and car parking too. Started over as we were attending a funeral the day after and had a nice evening meal with my brother and his wife. They accommodated them no problem even though we had only booked for two. The pub/restaurant was very busy which we could understand when we ate the lovely fayre."

"The property is superb and the place was spotless surrounded by beautiful countryside. The only issue was the breakfast, obviously there were no staff to serve at breakfast so it was a bit every man for himself, the food and drink is all laid out the night before so first up is best dressed. By the time we got down, 9.00 am there was no fruit or yoghurt left and a tiny bit of butter to go with the stale bread and pastries. I think a lot of people are basically pigs at a buffet and very rarely think of other people. Couldn’t fault the hotel but maybe a different way of serving up breakfast."
