Lake Louise Inn

"From the first interaction with the front desk when we checked in, to the housekeeping bringing extra bedding, to checking out - all of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. We had 4 friends (all adults) in a one bedroom condo. The mattress in the bedroom was extremely comfortable and the Murphy bed was definitely more comfortable than the usual sofa bed one might get in this type of room. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again."
Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa

"We loved our stay! We especially liked being able to walk to the downtown for dining and shopping, and the bus was so handy for seeing other sights just outside of town."

"Location is great When I think of a resort, I think that the accommodation would have some luxury to the room as well as the grounds would have some landscaping and gardens, complementing the property. This hotel has neither. They could also use some sound deadening between rooms, you can hear above you and beside you. The employees are very friendly. The room was clean and the linens were nice, just nothing extra. For nearly $500 per night, I expected more."

"Everything at this place was great, I have been here many time. Host was incredibly polite and accommodating. My one honest complaint is the cost for one night for a single bedroom condo unit (over $800). This was never the case. Either way as always very enjoyable."
