Room - bed had hair in it. Did not look like it was changed from previous night. Mentioned to front counter who were apologetic- new sheets brought within 10 minutes.

Douglas Fir Resort and Chalets
Love the Douglas Fir, but the second bed was more spring than mattress, which was a bummer for a 3 night stay. Aside from that, the fireplace, kitchen, balcony, location and free Banff bus passes were a huge hit. Free firewood and everything you need to get one going is awesome. Sad that they didn't ...

Hidden Ridge Resort
Room is old with minimal lighting. Staff was friendly. Sidewalks and road were very slippery. We had a fall resulting in a ems ride to the hospital with possible surgery. The top pool was warm the bottom pool was colder. Neither were hot.
