"Nice welcome staff, room was lovely plenty of room and beds was super cosy. Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice. Highly recommend to stay, definitely stay again."
"The spa and pool seemed old fashioned and there were no robes provided to make it easy to use the facilities.
We only used the pool once and would've used it more."
"Great staff and very clean. A bit dated and no Aircon in our superior double room but the shower was very good. Lovely comfy bed and a great night sleep. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Not much not to like. The location is central for sports and shopping"
"All staff I encountered were pleasant, helpful, and approachable throughout my stay.
A dip in the hotel pool was extremely welcome during the current heatwave. I found it very relaxing, with plenty of room for swimming.
The room itself was pleasant and spacious; however, I was disappointed that there was no air conditioning, although a fan was provided in the wardrobe. There were also no plug sockets near the bed and no USB or USB-C charging outlets in the room, which is something most hotels now tend to offer.
Unfortunately, I found the bed extremely uncomfortable, which resulted in a couple of disturbed nights’ sleep."
"So wasn’t told until I checked in and paid in full that the air conditioning was broken, so I spent 2 nights trying to sleep in a furnace as the fan that was provided was useless, the fridge in the room was also broken so the water they put in there was also warm, an awful experience as I was told it had been down since Friday of last week and the hotel made ZERO effort to let guests know as there wouldn’t have been a hope in hell of me staying there if I had known. This hotel clearly only cares about their bottom line as oddly the AC was working fine in the gym and restaurant but not the rooms. Awful experience, one I won’t be repeating"
