"The only thing we had problem with is the cleanliness and condition of the outside patio. We spent 4 days and it was rarely picked up and cleaned. The condition of the seating was poor."

"Celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and my husband’s 78 Birthday. Reserved a Cabana by the Lazy River. Our pool attendant, Davis was the best. Please recognize him. We were waited on by Favis with kid gloves. The birthday amenities and a big surprise for our anniversary celebration was “awesome” We love the JW Marriott with my Bonvoy membership. "The property was huge and the rooms were quiet, which was so nice! Loved spending our days at the waterpark and nights in the pool or just relaxing. The staff were very attentive both at the hotel and at Hole in the Wall restaurant. Our waiter, James, was absolutely amazing. Very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area for the family. The only negative that I would say is that the restaurant is crazy expensive. "

"Beautiful views from room - quiet We stayed in a Casita and great shuttle service to the amenities. Rooms are older and not as well maintained as I’d expect for this resort. Only complaint is serious lack of EV chargers. There’s 2 and only 1 works. "

"This is a nice little staycation getaway my boyfriend and I found. Extremely reasonably priced, not too crowded, pool is nice, and the staff is super friendly. There are kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats you can take out onto the lake. "
