The staff was friendly but it was difficult to make changes to the reservation, the area doesn’t feel very safe, lots of mosquitoes in the room.

buenas noches, agradecemos todos los comentarios que nos ayuden a mejorar nuestro servicio, lamentamos si tuviste una mala experiencia en tu estadía, en cualquier momento podían expresar cualquier molestia que tuviesen y con gusto solucionamos el inconveniente, por lo que nos extraña que no te haya gustado el hostal pero cuando se terminó tu reserva aun asi pidieron extender su estadía por una noche masgood evening, we appreciate all the comments that help us improve our service, we are sorry if you had a bad experience during your stay, at any time you could express any discomfort you had and we would gladly solve the problem, so we are surprised that you did not liked the hostel but when your reservation ended, you still asked to extend your stay for one more night

Hostal cerca al centro histórico
Hostal muy central, de fácil acceso, seguro, con zonas comunes amplias y muy ventiladas. La propietaria, Ingrid, fue muy amable y nos guió en todo los que necesitábamos.

No EXISTE EL HOSTAL
Me fue muy mal, NO existe ese "Hostal" Mucho cuidado cuando reserve algo como este supueto lugar
