"This is an iconic and truly lovely venue which weโ€™ve been using for 20plus years. Its new parking regime is complicated, the app is frustrating and it genuinely distracts from a lovely place to relax and unwind. Have to constantly top up the stay. Which is a pain but when there is so little phone coverage is positively annoying. Shame, as itโ€™s really put us off and changed our thoughts on using it for work and leisure going forward. Staff are utterly lovely, professional and friendly."
