"I stayed 2 nights at weekend and very happy. The room is clean, bed is comfortable. I don't expect much about included breakfast but it is delicious with hot and cold selections. Great location with bus and train nearby, easy get to and from Sydney airport. Walk 10 minutes to Pitt street mall, QVB. I booked a micro double room but was upgrade to micro queen room as gold member of hotel.com. Will come back next time."

"Overall a very poor experience. A very dated hotel that is desperate for a makeover. Our room at $500/ night had plenty of space but was very dated, grubby, poor (cheap) amenities. The furniture was old as hell and made the room plum uncomfortable. I honestly think hotel owners/ managers in Australia need to serve a year in Asia to see how it’s done because the standard here is appalling. "
