"This hotel was spectacular! Centrally located, 1-2 blocks from 5th Ave & 10th Ave, the hospitality was top tier, all inclusive, room service at 1am, upgraded to a king suite with a balcony overlooking the ocean! Request corner rooms 2234 or 2334 u will not be disappointed!! the restaurants were good, I was pleasantly suprised bu the buffet! Breakfast lunch & Dinner was all fresh fruit seafood, veggies, anything you want. Restaurant hostess Miriam remember our rooms ans the restaurant wait staff Sergio remembered our food allergies! As soon as I sat down an empty glass, Lucas or Demetrio were right there waiting to refill it. We didnt have to ask for ANYTHING while here. Even saw a few staff in the city after their shift & they were just as polite in public as they were at the Resort. I had such a good time that I dont even want to try another hotel! The beds and pillows were the most comfortable that Ive ever slept on! "

"It took us 20 minutes to check in they couldn't find our reservation had to call a supervisor she had to use it use another computer and then found this in the system. Breakfast it was free Continental it was so so "

"The staff were pretty consistently rude for most of the week we were there. When we would ask for food at restaurants where they were serving at buffets they were consistently rude or acted like we were annoying them or like they didn’t want to be there. It was pretty shocking considering what we paid to be there. We wondered if they were treating us that way because we were Mexican-American and not White. No matter the reason, it was not OK. If you’re looking for a beach, this is not the place for you. The beach is very small, most of it is Rocky, and there was lots of sarga while we were there. We most definitely will never return here."

"We loved everything the only thing was the time for cleaning it was around 4pm which we find it uncomfortable, And we could hear the noise from the clubs, Beautiful rooftop i was just not liking the music but it’s my personal opinion, i have preferred more chill during day and afternoon could be more party music not all day party music "

I’ve been coming here for 2 years and I have no reason to try something else… Saturday night might get a bit rowdy with the music but hey that’s part of playa.. also, heater broke but I didn’t care for hot water anyways.. they were working on it but then I left.. cheers and I’ll be back "
