"The property was great. I am disappointed that when I arrived to check in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for the room upfront on top of the incidental charge. I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it."

"I LOVED the atmosphere and how amazing the hotel staff were. Even when sold out, the receptionist were so sweet and understanding of the WiFi being laggy. The bartender was the sweetest to have and she felt so bad for how long my food was being taken to made, she comp my drink for free. I was here for roughly two nights for a comic con in Phoenix and whenever I have the chance again, I’ll definitely be back here again."

"The Springhill Suite was very convenient for Phoenix Fan Fusion 2025 at the Phoenix Convention Center. Transportation was provided by Springhill to and from the airport for guests that needed. They were in the process upgrading their card entry readers. You could not enter from some of the side doors with your room key card."

"if it wasn’t for the heat, I feel like I would have more to offer for my review, but the heat pretty much stopped me from doing anything except for hanging out in my room"

"The price point is impressive. Not glamorous on the exterior, but kind check-in man and quiet, clean and free parking/wi-fi. Plenty of towels, refrigerator, microwave - much appreciated when trying to be economical and solo female. "
