"Friendly quiet clean "

"The Hyatt Place was a good deal considering how expensive NYC area lodging is and very nice too boot. Pretty conveniently located, as well: two miles the Metro-North Rail or a bus ride to the NYC subway. It's built into the parking lot of an evolving mall, with plenty of amenities (if not the charm of a real city). Free breakfast was above average. Front desk staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Other employees were helpful and friendly as well. Some amenities and features are aging (the gym, the sliding bathroom door in our room), but overall the hotel is good shape and comfortable."

"My family really enjoyed all four nights at this hotel. Thanks to the best reception service Douglas & Brooklynn, Juan Molina ~ our Shuttle driver, Zoila from the LGA Airport. We were very impressed and very happy with their friendly and amazing customer service. The room was clean and quiet and every day they provide clean towels. The rooftop was wonderful place to have a breakfast or dinner, drink and you can enjoy the beautiful view of Manhattan. We will be back..;) Highly recommended!!! Happy 4th of July!!!"

"The room had almost everything the average traveller needs. Fridge, microwave, AC, tv, wifi, kettle…strangely our room did lack a drying rack for clothes and a pen and stationary. Otherwise our room was great. The hotel is clean in general, the staff is helpful and polite and the free bag storage at the front desk was a welcome surprise. The complimentary breakfast is also one of the best I have experienced. Great variety and fresh. The Asiatic hotel is also less than a ten minute walk to the Flushing Main 7 line which connects directly to grand central. Very convenient. "

"The hotel is lovely . The rooms are spacious . This was my second stay at this hotel and I enjoyed it. Very clean inside rooms. Ice machines works great . I really like this hotel, But I lost $7 using the washer and dryer , which the front desk said they couldn’t do anything about the machines are third party. So I had to leave the hotel at midnight to find a 24 hour laundry to dry my clothing ."

"We were only there briefly before going to the Yankees game. Beds were comfy, the room was clean with a cool layout. The front desk staff were quick and helpful. Very quiet as well. "
