"This was my second stay here and would be my preferred hotel of choice for any future visits. The staff are lovely, the rooms are spotless and made up beautifully every day by housekeeping and the location is excellent. Walking distance to most things. The swimming pool is lovely to cool off in. The gym is small though and would be my only thing to improve in the future but I am not travelling to run on treadmill every day so really not an issue. "

"Breakfast was wonderful with a buffet, as well as special order options. Kate and Dao are outstanding, friendly staff members. From the moment I checked in till leaving the property they were great coaches on things to see and places to go."

"Starting from the room condition was terrible, showers can’t be set to hot or cold or warm, was broken and made it difficult to be comfortable in the shower, also very poor quality shampoo and body wash which they were in a small container and the house keeping didn’t give us new one even we stayed for 3 nights. Speaking of the house keeping they did very poor job, bathroom didn’t clean for 3 nights even the room the only change we saw was setting up the bed. That made me very concerned about the Bed sheet. Staff communication was poor. For Breakfast just don’t bother yourself and eat out, nothing fresh nothing clean for the same price or cheaper you can get a hotel with wayyyy better quality "

"If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would, it’s the best! Staff were unbelievably helpful & went out of their way to make my stay effortless, internet was great, room was impeccably clean & pool/gym were wonderful as well. Absolutely no complaints, I only wish I could stay longer…. Highly recommend!"
